    Shared Spaces
“Shared Spaces” is series of experimental portraits based on the intense personal relationships between various couples. These images are a selection from that series. The portraits are a visualization of the emotional relationship between couples, an illustration of the loving "space" that is created by a long-term relationship. These are portraits of the couples as whole beings, locked together by an embrace that is shared between lovers (and family members) over the course of their journey through life together. In my visions, their strengths and weaknesses are folded together, merged and combined into a whole, like a puzzle that pulses with life energy. The circuit of this energy closed by the tight embrace.
